Board of Health approves body art regulations and practitioner licenses.

Holbrook Board of Health renews dozens of business permits and approves body art practitioner licenses. Vice Chair Cristina Lucci-McShain presided over unanimous approval of 31 food service, 20 food retail, six places of worship, 16 tobacco, and 13 frozen dessert permits, plus six septic and waste hauler licenses, with Health Director Britney Jayne reporting all establishments in good standing. The board amended Body Art Regulations to reduce the required operational period before taking on an apprentice from two years to six months, and unanimously approved David Duncan's practitioner license; Tatyana Tudor's approval was made conditional pending written clarification of apprenticeship hours from her mentor, Christine Jones.
