HOLBROOK — Board of Health unanimously approves food service permit for Nilo's Market. Owner Danilo Lopes received approval from Chair Allyson Pinkhover, Vice Chair Cristina Lucci-McShain, and Clerk Christopher J. Nickerson to expand into an adjacent space offering Brazilian-style barbecue and Portuguese food in self-serve buffet format, pending final health inspection.
The establishment will operate Monday through Saturday 7 AM to 9 PM and Sunday 7 AM to 5 PM, initially with 20 seats and potential for expansion to 50. Health Director Britney Jayne reported the site maintains high cleanliness standards and includes a properly serviced grease trap.
