HOLBROOK — Board of Health unanimously imposes stacked fines and seven-day tobacco sales suspensions on seven retailers. Health Director Britney Jayne reported March 3rd inspections of all 16 tobacco permit holders found violations at Fast Lane Convenience, Holbrook Market, T Square Food Mart, Super Petroleum, Shell Food Mart, Convenience Mart, and On The Way General Store, citing unlocked humidors, prohibited blunt wrap sales, improper pricing, and flavor enhancers. Vice Chair Cristina Lucci-McShain moved to stack fines and suspend operations April 20–26, deliberately timed to school vacation week; the motion passed unanimously.
