HOLBROOK — Select Board approves forest committee appointment, regional water plant extension. The board unanimously appointed Mary Donovan to the Town Forest Committee and Nora Tarbi as part-time Council on Aging Activities Coordinator. In a 4-0 vote, the board also entered into an intermunicipal agreement with the Town of Dover for dispatch services, bringing approximately $735,000 in assessment and state funding and requiring two new full-time positions.

The Tri-Town Regional Water Treatment Plant, 97 percent complete, will cost an additional $171,312 for an eight-month extension, with substantial completion now expected March 3, 2026, and final completion May 8, 2026.
