HOLBROOK — Select Board approves utility pole for water tank service, honors rescue efforts. Police Chief Del Papa received a formal commendation for Officer Jonathan O'Brien, who rescued a driver from a burning pickup truck on November 8, 2025. Dispatcher Andrew Shields was recognized for guiding an infant's mother through CPR on December 28, 2025; the infant was successfully resuscitated within 45 seconds.

The Board approved posting two alternate electrical inspector and one alternate building inspector positions (5-0), appointed Debra Hunter to the Council on Aging and Mary Donovan to the Community Preservation Committee (5-0), and opened the Spring Town Meeting warrant with a March 26 closing date (5-0).
